Key Responsibilities: - Support the implementation and execution of Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) programs across assigned regions. - Coordinate with internal teams, schools, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of ECCE initiatives. - Conduct product presentations, teacher orientations, workshops, and training sessions for schools and educators. - Provide regular support to schools and help resolve queries related to ECCE products and programs. - Build and maintain robust relationships with schools, principals, teachers, and other educational partners. - Assist in achieving business and revenue targets by promoting ECCE products and identifying new opportunities. - Monitor program implementation and share regular feedback and reports with the reporting manager. - Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in early childhood education and apply them during school interactions. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services. - Travel across assigned locations to visit schools, conduct training sessions, and support business development activities. Qualifications: - Master's degree in any relevant field. - 58 years of experience in ECCE, teacher training, educational sales, or a similar role. - Basic knowledge of Early Childhood Care and Education. - Willingness to travel as required. Skills Required: - Good communication and presentation skills. - Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills. - Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. - Good planning and coordination skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Problem-solving and time management skills. .
