Business Development Manager - Hospitality Sales Role Overview: This role is at the forefront of expanding our market presence within the dynamic hospitality sector. The Business Development Manager will actively identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities with hotels, resorts, and other hospitality establishments. Working closely with internal product and marketing teams, this individual will craft tailored solutions that address client needs, driving significant revenue growth and market share. The impact of this role is direct and measurable, contributing substantially to our strategic expansion and solidifying our position as a preferred partner in the hospitality industry. Key Responsibilities: - Strategically identify and pursue new business opportunities within the hospitality sector, focusing on high-potential clients to expand our market footprint. - Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers in hotels, resorts, and hospitality groups, ensuring long-term partnerships and client satisfaction. - Conduct thorough needs assessments and present customized solutions that align with client objectives, demonstrating the value proposition of our offerings. - Lead complex negotiations, from initial proposal to contract closure, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that meet revenue targets. - Collaborate cross-functionally with product development, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery. - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and identify new avenues for growth within the hospitality landscape. - Manage a robust sales pipeline, meticulously tracking progress and forecasting sales to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual targets. Required Skillset: - Demonstrated proficiency in B2B sales and business development, specifically within the hospitality or related service industries, with 2-5 years of relevant experience. - Exceptional negotiation and persuasion abilities, capable of securing favorable terms and building lasting client relationships. - Strong client engagement and account management skills, adept at understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions. - Excellent verbal and written communication, enabling clear articulation of complex value propositions to diverse stakeholders. - A strategic mindset with the ability to identify market opportunities and develop actionable sales plans. - Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment. - Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field is highly preferred. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, with a willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region (Bangalore, Delhi, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad). .
