We are looking for an enthusiastic Lead Generation Executive to generate qualified business opportunities from India and global markets including the USA, UK, GCC, and other international regions. The role involves identifying potential overseas clients, reaching out to business decision-makers, understanding their requirements, and generating sales opportunities for our ERPNext implementation, website development, custom software development, and IT consulting services. Key Responsibilities - Identify and research potential India and also international clients across the USA, UK, GCC, and other global markets. - Generate B2B leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, online directories, industry platforms, and web research. - Find and connect with key decision-makers including CEOs, Founders, Directors, IT Heads, Operations Managers, and Business Owners. - Introduce our IT solutions including: - ERPNext Implementation & Customization - Website Design & Development - Custom Software Development - Business Automation Solutions - IT Consulting Services - Conduct outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, and online communication channels. - Qualify leads based on business requirements, budget, and project potential. - Schedule meetings and demos between prospects and the sales/technical team. - Maintain accurate lead details, follow-ups, and activities in CRM systems. - Research market trends and identify new opportunities in international regions. - Achieve monthly lead generation and qualified meeting targets. Required Skills - 1 - 3 years of experience in international lead generation, B2B sales, inside sales, or IT services sales. - Experience targeting overseas markets (US, UK, GCC, Europe, or similar regions). - Freshers with strong lead generation, prospecting, and online research skills are encouraged to apply. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Robust research skills with the ability to identify and analyze potential customers. - Familiarity with LinkedIn, email marketing, CRM tools, Google Search, and lead databases. - Ability to communicate professionally with international clients. - Target-oriented mindset with strong follow-up skills. Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in selling or generating leads for: - ERP / ERPNext Solutions - SaaS Products - Website Development Services - Software Development Services - Digital Transformation Solutions - IT Consulting Services .
