GDS Backend Executive (Lead Generation) (Noida)

Job Summary We are looking for a GDS Backend Executive with hands-on experience in Amadeus and Galileo GDS systems. The ideal candidate should have strong backend booking knowledge and be capable of handling travel-related operations while supporting lead generation activities. Candidates must be detail-oriented, efficient, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities - Handle backend travel operations using Amadeus and Galileo. - Create, modify, reissue, and cancel flight bookings. - Manage PNR creation and itinerary updates. - Process ticketing, refunds, and fare calculations. - Coordinate with airlines and internal teams to resolve booking issues. - Ensure accuracy of travel documentation and booking records. - Support lead generation activities by identifying and qualifying potential customer inquiries. - Maintain operational reports and ensure compliance with company processes. Required Skills - Valuable working knowledge of Amadeus GDS. - Good working knowledge of Galileo GDS. - Experience in flight booking and ticketing operations. - Strong communication and coordination skills. - Basic computer proficiency (MS Office/Google Workspace). - Ability to multitask and work under deadlines. - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Eligibility - Minimum 6 months to 3 years of relevant experience in GDS backend operations. - Experience in the travel industry is preferred. - Graduate in any discipline (preferred). .
