Job Summary We are seeking five highly motivated and enthusiastic Female Sales Executives / Sales Lead Generators to join our team and drive lead generation across key South Indian states. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to embark on a career in sales within the educational publishing industry. Your primary responsibility will be to visit various educational institutions, including universities, colleges, medical colleges, and libraries, to identify and generate leads for the supply of our comprehensive range of books, journals, and eJournals. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to build rapport with academic professionals. Responsibilities Conduct regular visits to Universities, Colleges, Medical Colleges, and Libraries within the assigned state (Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, or Kerala). Introduce our company and the range of educational books, journals, and eJournals we offer. Identify key decision-makers (e.g., librarians, department heads, faculty) and build initial relationships. Effectively communicate the value proposition and advantages of our publications to potential clients. Gather relevant information about the institution's requirements, procurement processes, and existing vendors. Generate qualified leads and maintain a detailed record of all interactions and potential opportunities. Follow up on generated leads to nurture relationships and facilitate further engagement by the sales team. Achieve assigned targets for lead generation within the designated timeframe. Represent the company professionally and enthusiastically at all times. Provide regular reports on visit activities and lead generation progress. Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the educational publishing sector.
