About the Role As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll be the first point of contact for prospective enterprise clients across the US market. Your primary responsibility will be identifying, engaging, and qualifying decision-makers while creating high-quality sales opportunities for our Learning Consultants /Account Executives. Key Responsibilities Generate new business opportunities through outbound calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and strategic prospecting. Identify and qualify enterprise prospects using the BANT methodology. Engage HR, L&D, IT, and business leaders to understand their organizational learning and upskilling requirements. Schedule high-quality meetings and product demonstrations for Learning Consultants/ Account Executives. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities within assigned territories. Research target accounts, industries, buying trends, and decision-makers to improve outreach effectiveness. Maintain accurate prospect data and activity updates in CRM systems. Partner closely with Sales, Solutions, and Delivery teams to ensure a seamless transition from lead qualification to opportunity conversion. Consistently achieve KPIs related to calls, meetings booked, pipeline generation, and revenue contribution. What We're Looking For Experience 15 years of outbound Inside Sales / SDR / BDR experience. Experience selling into the US market is mandatory. Experience in IT Training, Technology, SaaS, Cloud, Cybersecurity, EdTech, or Enterprise Software is highly preferred. Skills Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong cold-calling, prospecting, and lead qualification abilities. Ability to confidently engage CXOs, Directors, Managers, and key decision-makers. Strong objection handling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales engagement tools. Self-driven, target-oriented, and highly resilient in a fast-paced sales environment.
