Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support venue sales, client engagement, and marketing initiatives for exhibitions, conferences, trade fairs, and corporate events. The role is ideal for fresh graduates and professionals with 0 to 3 years of experience who are passionate about sales, business development, and the MICE industry. Key Responsibilities Assist in generating business leads through market research, networking, digital platforms, and client outreach. Support the promotion and sale of exhibition halls, convention spaces, meeting rooms, and event venues. Coordinate with exhibitors, event organizers, corporate clients, and agencies to support sales activities. Schedule client meetings, venue presentations, and site inspections. Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and maintain sales documentation. Build and maintain positive client relationships while ensuring timely follow-up on business opportunities. Assist in executing marketing campaigns, promotional events, digital marketing activities, and brand promotion initiatives. Maintain CRM records, sales pipelines, client databases, and prepare periodic sales and MIS reports. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the exhibition and convention industry. Skills & Competencies Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, and business development. Strong organizational and coordination abilities. Customer-focused with a proactive and result-oriented approach. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of CRM tools will be an added advantage. Educational Qualification Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, Event Management, Commerce, or a related discipline. MBA or certification in Sales/Event Management will be an added advantage. Experience 0 to 3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Events, Hospitality, or the MICE industry. Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in the Korean language will be preferred.
