We help organizations optimize customer experiences through innovative technology solutions and are looking for a passionate Digital Marketing professional to accelerate our global marketing initiatives Role Summary: We are seeking a Sales Manager for US Operations to drive revenue growth for our IT Consulting and Managed Services business, specifically targeting US-based Nonprofit Associations. You will manage end-to-end sales cycles, execute go-to-market strategies, and scale a high-performing sales organization. Acting as a strategic bridge between sales, marketing, and customer success, you will leverage HubSpot to standardize growth and align regional efforts with global corporate objectives. The ideal candidate has a proven track record working with US clients within IT Services, Consulting, SaaS, or Staffing environments. Key Responsibilities: - Pipeline Management: Build, forecast, and maintain sales pipelines using HubSpot CRM while tracking deal stages and conversion metrics. - Outreach & Nurturing: Oversee inbound/outbound email campaigns, lead nurturing, and transactional messaging using HubSpot and Brevo - Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives while providing daily performance tracking and coaching. - Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to optimize the end-to-end customer journey. - Data & Analytics: Establish clear KPIs, analyze win/loss rates, and generate automated performance reports. Key Skills & Requirements: - US Market & B2B Experience: 5+ years of B2B SaaS or IT services sales leadership experience operating directly within the US market. - HubSpot CRM Mastery: Hands-on proficiency across Sales, Marketing, Service, and Operations Hubs to build custom deal stages, configure lead routing, and extract reporting dashboards. - Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills paired with strong contract negotiation abilities. - Sales Automation: Skilled in setting up automated email sequences, behavior-triggered workflows, and utilizing productivity-enhancing AI tools. - Data Analytics: Strong analytical acumen for data-driven forecasting, KPI tracking, and establishing CRM data hygiene protocols. - Sales Methodologies: Familiarity with up-to-date sales frameworks such as MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger Sale. .
