About the Role NationsBenefits India is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Analyst to join our Hyderabad team. This role is ideal for professionals with 24 years of procurement or order management experience who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable working US shifts. We are looking for immediate joiners who can effectively support our retail project. Shift: US EST/ET Shift Key Responsibilities Manage order-level issues related to our retail project.Create and process Purchase Orders (POs) accurately and in a timely manner.Monitor order status and provide shipment tracking updates to providers.Respond to provider inquiries regarding order status, delivery, and procurement-related requests.Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve order discrepancies.Ensure timely follow-up and closure of procurement and order-related issues.Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.Deliver high-quality customer service while meeting established service level agreements (SLAs). Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field.24 years of experience in Procurement, Purchase Order Management, Order Fulfillment, Supply Chain, or a related function.Experience in handling Purchase Orders (POs), order tracking, and vendor/provider communication.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to work in the US EST/ET shift. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting retail or e-commerce operations is an advantage.Familiarity with ERP or procurement systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms is preferred.
