Job Role Babysitter / Child Care Assistant Job Description Provide safe, caring, and responsible supervision for children in the absence of parents.Ensure children's physical safety, emotional well-being, and overall comfort.Manage daily routines including meals, naps, bedtime, and play activities.Prepare meals and assist children with feeding and basic needs.Organize age-appropriate games, learning activities, crafts, and outdoor play.Assist children with homework and daily tasks when required.Maintain a clean and safe environment for children.Support light housekeeping activities related to children's areas. Key Responsibilities Child Supervision & Safety: Provide constant supervision to ensure child safety.Maintain a safe and hazard-free environment.Monitor children's activities and respond to their needs promptly. Routine Management Follow parents' instructions and daily schedules.Manage meal times, nap schedules, and bedtime routines.Ensure children follow healthy daily habits. Engaging Activities Plan creative and age-appropriate games and activities.Encourage learning through play, crafts, and outdoor activities.Support children's emotional and social development.
