Product Owner with Order-to-Cash (OTC) (Pune)

Product Owner Experience: 5-12 Years Work Model: Hybrid (3 days/week from office) Shift Requirement: Flexible to work across global time zones and shifts as required About the Role We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to lead Order-to-Cash (O2C) technology initiatives within a Financial Services environment. The role will partner with business, operations, and technology teams to deliver scalable solutions that improve billing, invoicing, collections, and revenue operations. Key Responsibilities - Define and manage product roadmap, priorities, and business outcomes. - Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into user stories and product backlog items. - Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and strategic goals. - Partner with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, and Technology to drive solution delivery. - Support Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release management. - Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency. - Monitor product performance and drive continuous enhancements. Required Skills & Experience Functional Expertise - Strong experience in Financial Services domain. - Hands-on exposure to Order-to-Cash processes, including billing, invoicing, collections, cash application, and revenue operations. - Understanding of enterprise financial systems and workflows. Product & Delivery - Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Senior Business Analyst, or Functional Lead. - Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Ability to manage competing priorities and stakeholder expectations. Tools - JIRA and Confluence - Power BI or reporting tools - CRM, ERP, Billing, or Revenue Management platforms - Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Qualifications - Bachelors degree in business, Finance, Technology, or related discipline. - CSPO, SAFe POPM, Agile, or Product Management certification preferred. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Delivery of roadmap commitments and business outcomes. - Stakeholder satisfaction and adoption of delivered solutions. - Backlog health and prioritization effectiveness. - Improvements in O2C process efficiency and user experience. - Successful collaboration across business and technology teams.
