The position offers flexibility with both remote and office-based work options, depending on project needs and location. \n Accountabilities: The Java Backend Developer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining backend solutions while ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability. Design, develop, test, and maintain backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture. Build scalable and secure APIs and backend services to support business applications. Participate in code reviews, debugging, performance optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements The ideal candidate is a backend engineer with strong Java development experience and a proven ability to build enterprise-grade applications. Candidates should have solid technical expertise, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. 5+ years of professional experience in backend software development. Strong proficiency in Java programming and backend development practices. Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and microservices architecture. Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and distributed systems. Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices. Experience working with databases and backend data management solutions. Ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems and deliver effective solutions. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and business teams. Self-driven mindset with the ability to manage priorities and deliver high-quality work.
