Position: Senior Executive Projects (Fixed Term Contract 6 Months) Experience: 1-3 Years Employment Type: Fixed Term Contract (FTC) 6 Months Open Positions: 12 (2 positions in each zone) Locations: - Andhra Pradesh & Telangana 2 Positions - Kerala & Goa 2 Positions - Karnataka 2 Positions - East & North East 2 Positions - Delhi NCR 2 Positions - Rest of North 2 Positions Job Summary We are looking for a energetic Civil Projects professional to independently manage interior fit-out projects across Retail, F&B;, QSR, Restaurants, Office, Commercial, and Residential segments. The role involves end-to-end site execution, contractor management, quality control, project planning, and coordination with stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery. Key Responsibilities - Handle interior fit-out projects independently from execution to handover. - Supervise civil and interior works including brickwork, blockwork, plastering, concreting, waterproofing, flooring, marble work, wall paneling, false ceiling, woodwork, and finishing activities. - Coordinate and monitor MEP execution related to interior fit-out projects. - Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients and contractors at site. - Review drawings, specifications, measurements, BOQs, and contractor bills. - Ensure adherence to approved designs, project specifications, quality standards, and timelines. - Monitor site progress, material quality, and workmanship. - Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, planners, quantity surveyors, and project stakeholders. - Manage site manpower and contractor workforce effectively. - Prepare project schedules, work plans, and resource deployment plans. - Maintain daily progress reports and project updates. Required Skills - Strong knowledge of civil and interior fit-out execution. - Experience in QSR/Restaurant interior projects will be preferred. - Understanding of MEP coordination and execution. - Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documents. .
