Senior Executive - Fixed asset Management (Shivamogga)

Location: Nambiar Builders, Dommasandra, Bangalore Job Summary: Responsible for managing banking operations, fixed asset accounting, bank reconciliations, asset capitalization, statutory compliance, and financial reporting while ensuring accurate financial records and effective internal controls. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day banking transactions, fund transfers, and bank reconciliations. - Coordinate with banks for account operations, loans, bank guarantees, and other banking activities. - Maintain the Fixed Asset Register (FAR) and ensure timely asset capitalization. - Record asset additions, transfers, disposals, depreciation, and CWIP accounting. - Conduct periodic physical verification and reconciliation of fixed assets. - Prepare journal entries, MIS reports, and support monthly/year-end financial closing. - Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Companies Act, and internal financial controls. - Support statutory, internal, and tax audits by providing required documentation. Qualifications B.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter / CMA Inter or equivalent. - 35 years of experience in Banking Operations and Fixed Asset Management. - Experience in Real Estate, Construction, or Infrastructure preferred.
