Industry: Healthcare Technology & Services Work Mode: Work from Office 5 Days a Week Shift: 3:30 PM 12:30 AM / 5:00 PM 3:00 AM Experience: 5+ Years Post Qualification Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory About the Role We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager Finance & Accounts to lead finance operations across multiple global entities, including the US and Manila. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in financial reporting, accounting standards, audits, ERP systems, and business finance while partnering with leadership to drive financial governance and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end Finance & Accounts operations across multi-entity global businesses. Manage financial reporting, MIS, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and business performance reviews. Ensure compliance with Ind AS, US GAAP, and IFRS accounting standards. Lead Internal, Statutory, and External Audits as the primary finance point of contact. Review and strengthen internal controls, governance, and finance processes. Drive ERP initiatives, including Oracle Fusion implementation, UAT, process mapping, and system enhancements. Oversee Accounts Receivable reporting, cash forecasting, collections, and DSO improvement initiatives. Drive automation across Finance, Procurement, Commission, and AR processes. Review standalone and consolidated financial statements along with statutory disclosures. Support M&A integration activities, including purchase accounting, goodwill, intangibles, ESOP accounting, and fair value assessments. Partner with business leaders by providing financial insights and strategic recommendations. Required Skills Strong knowledge of Ind AS, US GAAP & IFRS Big 4 Audit experience Financial Reporting & Controllership Budgeting, Forecasting & FP&A MIS & Variance Analysis Internal & External Audit Management Oracle Fusion or similar ERP Hands-on experience Accounts Receivable & Cash Flow Management DSO Improvement & Working Capital Management M&A Accounting & Integration Financial Controls & Compliance Advanced MS Excel & PowerPoint Preferred Exposure Oracle Fusion | Hyperion Planning | Smart View | Concur | Rippling | US Federal & State Tax Reporting | Payroll Accounting | ESOP Accounting Eligibility Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory 5+ years of experience in US Accounting / US GAAP Experience working with multinational organizations Hands-on ERP implementation and finance transformation experience Experience managing a team of 45 members Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills .
