The candidate will handle customer calls, solve queries, and provide the best support experience to customers. - Handle inbound customer queries related to technical and non technical issues. - Understand customer issues and provide proper solutions. - Answer customer queries in a polite and professional manner. - Update customer details and call information. - Follow company guidelines and meet daily targets. - Maintain good customer service quality.
