Job Title: US IT Recruiter Location: Whitefield, Bengaluru (Work from Office) Employment Type: Full-Time Number of Openings: 5 Experience: 1-2 Year About the Role We are looking for energetic and career-oriented US IT Recruiters to join our growing US Staffing team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals for our clients across the United States. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of the US staffing process, be comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls, and possess knowledge of different employment types and work authorizations. Key Responsibilities Source qualified IT professionals using job portals, LinkedIn, Boolean search, referrals, and internal databases. Review and screen resumes based on client job requirements. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess technical skills, communication, availability, and interest. Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to identify and engage qualified candidates. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients. Negotiate pay rates, availability, and joining timelines. Maintain accurate candidate records and activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active IT candidates. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment KPIs and submission targets. Required Knowledge & Skills Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Basic understanding of the US IT Recruitment lifecycle. Knowledge of US employment types: W2 1099 Corp-to-Corp (C2C) Basic understanding of US work authorization categories, including: US Citizen Green Card (GC) Holder H-1B OPT/CPT EAD (GC-EAD, H4-EAD, TN, etc.) Ability to identify suitable employment types based on client requirements. Strong sourcing skills using job portals and LinkedIn. Familiarity with Boolean search techniques. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and organizational skills. Educational Qualification Bachelor's degree completed in any discipline. Candidates must have completed their graduation. Experience 1-2 year of experience in US IT Recruitment. Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in US Staffing are encouraged to apply. Candidates with hands-on experience working with W2 consultants, particularly US Citizens and Green Card holders, will be preferred.
