STRONG BACKGROUND IN MICROSOFT DYNAMICS 365 SALARY: 5000 SAR/MONTH - 1.2LAKH INR/MONTH Job Summary: The ERP and IT Manager is responsible for overseeing the organizations enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and overall IT infrastructure. This role ensures the alignment of technology with business goals, manages ERP implementation and support, and leads the IT team in delivering secure, reliable, and scalable technology solutions. ERP Management: Lead the implementation, customization, and maintenance of ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365). Collaborate with department heads to identify ERP needs and optimize business processes. Manage ERP vendors, consultants, and service providers. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the ERP system. Provide training and support to ERP users. IT Infrastructure & Operations: Oversee the IT infrastructure including networks, servers, cybersecurity, and cloud services. Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices. Ensure system uptime, performance, and disaster recovery readiness. Manage IT budgets, procurement, and asset lifecycle. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor IT staff, including system admins, support technicians, and developers. Set performance goals, conduct evaluations, and support professional development. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. Strategic Planning & Governance: Align IT and ERP strategies with business objectives. Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption where beneficial. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., data protection laws). Report regularly to senior management on IT and ERP performance and risks.
