Job Summary We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented B.Sc./M.Sc. Biochemistry graduates to join our Medical Coding team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and experienced candidates who are interested in building a career in the healthcare industry. The role involves reviewing medical records and assigning standardized diagnosis and procedure codes using ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems. Key Responsibilities Review patient medical records and clinical documentation. Assign accurate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes based on physician documentation. Ensure coding accuracy while maintaining productivity and quality standards. Follow medical coding guidelines and healthcare compliance policies. Work closely with quality analysts and team leads to resolve coding queries. Maintain confidentiality of patient health information. Continuously update knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and coding guidelines. Eligibility B.Sc./M.Sc. in Biochemistry. Physician Assistant (PA) B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing B.Pharm / M.Pharm Pharm.D MBBS BDS / MDS BAMS BHMS BUMS BPT (Bachelor of Physiotherapy) BOT (Bachelor of Occupational Therapy) B.Sc. Allied Health Sciences M.Sc. Life Sciences Other graduates in Life Sciences or Allied Health Sciences Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Basic knowledge of Human Anatomy, Physiology, and Medical Terminology. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Basic computer proficiency and typing skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Skills Knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding standards (training/certification is an advantage). Attention to detail and accuracy.
