Make outbound calls to insurance companies/payers regarding unpaid, denied, or underpaid claims. Work on Hospital Billing and/or Physician Billing accounts. Analyze EOB/ERA and identify claim payment discrepancies. Follow up on denied, rejected, and pending claims and take appropriate action. Maintain accurate documentation and update account status. Understand CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, and claim billing processes . Meet daily productivity, quality, and collection targets. Escalate complex payer issues when required. Key Skills: US Healthcare RCM AR Calling / AR Follow-up Hospital Billing / Physician Billing Denial Management Insurance Verification & Payer Follow-up EOB / ERA CPT / ICD-10 / HCPCS Good communication skills Basic knowledge of US healthcare insurance and claims process
