Required Skills and Experience 8+ years of SAP experience with solid hands-on experience in SAP PP and PP/DS. Practical implementation experience with SAP S/4HANA embedded PP/DS. Solid configuration experience in: PP/DS planning board Detailed scheduling Finite capacity planning Heuristics Production planning integration Resource and capacity setup Order scheduling and sequencing Solid understanding of SAP PP processes, including MRP, production orders, planned orders, BOMs, routings, work centers, production versions, and shop-floor execution flows. Experience supporting manufacturing planning in discrete manufacturing environments. Ability to troubleshoot planning, scheduling, and capacity issues directly in SAP. Experience working with complex manufacturing environments involving product variability, configuration, constraints, and frequent planning changes. Hands-on experience supporting SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare phases. Ability to work with business users to understand planning issues and convert them into SAP configuration or process changes. Strong defect resolution, testing, and documentation skills. .
