We are looking for someone who can create customer-first, visually compelling designs across digital, app, and offline touchpoints while developing impactful brand campaigns that strengthen noon Sends identity. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-quality creative work, manage projects end-to-end, and maintain a consistent yet evolving visual language across all channels. Create customer-first, commercially impactful, and visually strong designs across digital, app and offline touchpoints.Develop fresh creative concepts and visual directions that strengthen noon Sends brand identity.Conceptualize and execute integrated brand campaigns across social, CRM, OOH, BTL, and digital channels.Build and maintain a consistent, distinctive visual language while continuously evolving the brand.Collaborate with copy, motion, marketing, and product teams to deliver high-quality creative work at speed.Demonstrate strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with excellent design craft and attention to detail.Own projects from brief to final execution, managing multiple deliverables within fast-moving timelines. What You'll Need Bachelor's degree in design, Communications, fine arts or a related field.2-3 years of professional experience in visual design, brand design, digital campaign execution, illustrations and other ai platforms.Good understanding of design hierarchy, typography and modern trendsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneouslyStrong attention to detail and project coordination skillsGood communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills Who will excel Were looking for people with high standards, who understand that hard work matters.You need to be relentlessly resourceful and operate with a deep bias for action.We need people with the courage to be fiercely original.noon is not for everyone; readiness to adapt, pivot, and learn is essential. .
