VMware & Aria Consultant / Technical Expert

Job Summary Hatics Technologies LLP is looking for a skilled VMware & Aria Consultant / Technical Expert with 45 years of hands-on experience in VMware virtualization, Software Defined Data Center (SDDC), and VMware Aria solutions. The ideal candidate will design, implement, administer, troubleshoot, and optimize enterprise VMware environments while delivering technical consulting and customer support. Key Responsibilities Design, deploy, and support VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, and SDDC environments.Implement and manage VMware Aria Automation, Aria Operations, and Aria Operations for Logs.Perform infrastructure assessments, migrations, upgrades, and performance optimization.Automate infrastructure using PowerCLI, PowerShell, REST APIs, or Python.Configure HA, DRS, vMotion, Storage vMotion, clusters, and lifecycle management.Monitor infrastructure health, capacity, and security.Prepare solution designs, implementation plans, technical documentation, and knowledge transfer.Provide L2/L3 support and coordinate with customers, vendors, and OEM support teams.Required Skills VMware ESXi, vCenter Server, vSphereVMware Aria Automation, Aria Operations, Aria Operations for LogsVMware HA, DRS, vMotion, Storage vMotionPowerCLI, PowerShell, Python, REST APIsWindows & Linux administrationStorage, networking, Active Directory, backup & disaster recoveryPreferred Skills Experience with VMware NSX, vSAN, VMware Cloud Foundation, HCX, SRM, Tanzu/Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is an added advantage.
