With a team of over 200 professionals, our expertise encompasses AI/ML research and innovation, software engineering, domain knowledge, design and user research. Job DescriptionThe Field Supervisor will coordinate with the District Supervisor and Program Officer to oversee field operations and ensure smooth implementation of activities within their assigned districts.He/She will administer training to Anganwadi Workers (AWW) at Centres as per the set protocols and guidelines.He/She will monitor and guide the Anganwadi Workers (AWW), ensuring effective communication and coordination to train them on Pilot Application.He/She will monitor the progress of application use by AWW, address any challenges faced by them, and support the resolution of issues to ensure adherence to established protocols and guidelines.He/She will actively participate in Sector Meetings in the allotted district as needed, supporting the overall quality and timeliness of the process.He/She will maintain detailed documentation of field activities, submit periodic reports to the District Supervisor and Program Officer, and assist in additional tasks as assigned to achieve project objectives.Requirements12th + Diploma (Science/Psychology/Public Health/Anthropology/Social work/ Sociology) + Two Years experience in a relevant subject/field.ORSpecialization required in Psychology/public health/Anthropology/ Social work/ Zoology/Botany / Biotechnology / Biochemistry + one year of experience in the above subjects .
