Job DescriptionThe Field Supervisor will coordinate with the District Supervisor and Program Officer to oversee field operations and ensure smooth implementation of activities within their assigned districts.He/She will administer training to Anganwadi Workers (AWW) at Centres as per the set protocols and guidelines.He/She will monitor and guide the Anganwadi Workers (AWW), ensuring effective communication and coordination to train them on Pilot Application.He/She will monitor the progress of application use by AWW, address any challenges faced by them, and support the resolution of issues to ensure adherence to established protocols and guidelines.He/She will actively participate in Sector Meetings in the allotted district as needed, supporting the overall quality and timeliness of the process.He/She will maintain detailed documentation of field activities, submit periodic reports to the District Supervisor and Program Officer, and assist in additional tasks as assigned to achieve project objectives.Requirements12th + Diploma (Science/Psychology/Public Health/Anthropology/Social work/ Sociology) + Two Years experience in a relevant subject/field.ORSpecialization required in Psychology/public health/Anthropology/ Social work/ Zoology/Botany / Biotechnology / Biochemistry + one year of experience in the above subjects .
