Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Management: Guide and train Medical Representatives to achieve monthly sales targets. Fieldwork: Conduct regular joint calls with MRs to resolve field challenges. Doctor & Hospital Coverage: Promote products to key doctors, gynaecologists, and maternity homes. Distribution: Coordinate with stockists and chemists for smooth order supply and payment recovery. RequirementsExperience managing Medical Representatives in the pharma industry. Exposure to the gynaecology or maternity home segment.
