POSITION OVERVIEW The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales through the team and various distribution channels, managing relationships with channel partners, and achieving sales targets. Ensure IRDAI compliance regarding licensing & commission payments to producers - Team Leadership: Lead, inspire, and motivate a team of tied agents to achieve and exceed sales targets while fostering a positive and productive work environment. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS - Any Bachelors degree; MBA preferred - Minimum 5 years of experience required ; preferably in Motor insurance . PREFERRED SKILLS - Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proven track record of managing a sales team and achieving sales targets. - Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making. .
