We are urgently hiring for the position of Assistant Vice President - Corporate Sales (General Insurance - Commercial) for our Mumbai/Bangalore/Surat office. The ideal candidate should have 7-10 years of experience in corporate-commercial insurance sales, with strong expertise in Property, Liability, Marine, Engineering, Employee Benefits, and a proven track record in large account acquisition, key account management, and CXO-level relationship management. The role includes driving business growth, managing insurer relationships, and ensuring strong adherence to IRDAI and broking standards. The company strives to be one of the most respected and credible brokers by offering fair, transparent, competitive, ethical, and expeditious services. 1. Business Development & Client Acquisition - Identify, target and acquire new corporate clients across sectors. - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets. - Prepare and deliver customized insurance solutions to corporate clients. 2. Client Relationship Management - Build and maintain long-term relationships with key corporate accounts. - Coordinate with placement, operations and claims teams to ensure seamless client experience. 3. Market & Product Knowledge - Maintain in-depth knowledge of insurance products, market trend and underwriting practices. - Stay updated with IRDAI 4. Sales Planning & Reporting - Prepare annual and quarterly sales plans and forecasts. - Track performance metrics and provide regular sales reports to Reporting Head. - Participate in business review meetings and contribute to strategic initiatives. 5. Team Collaboration - Work closely with placement, claims and support teams for client deliverables.
