Company: Policybazaar (PB Partners) Position: Telesales Executive Location: V WING 2ND FLOOR OFFICE NO 2073, AKSHAR BUSINESS PARK NEAR JANATA MARKET VASHI SECTOR 25 400703 CTC: For Freshers- 3 LPA + Incentives For Experienced- 15-20% hike on current CTC Languages required: HINDI Job Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to prospective business clients, agents, and partners to promote a wide range of insurance products, including Health, Life, Motor, General, and Group Insurance. - Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions through a consultative sales approach. - Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, follow-ups, relationship building, and policy closure. - Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners to drive repeat business and referral opportunities. - Stay updated on insurance products, market trends, and company offerings to provide accurate information to clients. - Ensure excellent customer experience while maintaining high conversion rates. Candidate Requirements: - Graduate or Undergraduate can apply. - Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets. - Prior experience in tele sales, insurance sales, customer service, or BPO is preferred but not mandatory. - Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
