Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Support Manager located in Vasant Vihar. The Client Support Manager will actively engage with clients, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction by solving queries and providing effective support. Responsibilities include responding to customer issues, managing client relationships, offering technical assistance when required, and gathering insights for improvement through data analysis.
