Key Responsibilities: - Manage customer relationships and inquiries - Handle CRM lifecycle from booking to possession Manage Post sales documentation, Home loan & payments, follow-ups with clients, and post possession support. - Coordinate with sales and other internal teams efficiently - Maintain CRM records and generate reports - Ensure excellent customer service and issue resolution Requirements: 3-4 years of experience in CRM, customer service and real estate is mandatory.
