Customer Engagement Executive (Fresher) B2C Brand Job Summary We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Customer Engagement Executive (Fresher) to join our B2C brand. The role involves customer calling, lead follow-ups, customer engagement, and supporting marketing campaigns to generate sales and build strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers. Explain products and services to customers. Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication. Support online and offline marketing campaigns. Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to achieve targets. Assist in promotional activities, events, and customer engagement initiatives. Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
