Manager - International Accounting - CA/CPA

Role Summary: Manager, International Accounting Location: Bangalore, India Department: Finance Reports to: Senior Director, Global GL & International Controller Role Overview: Infoblox is seeking an experienced accounting leader to manage accounting operations for multiple international entities across South Asia and/or EMEA. The role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, month-end close, audit readiness, internal controls, and process improvements while leveraging Oracle Fusion and AI-enabled tools. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end month-end close activities for international entities. - Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and fixed asset accounting. - Ensure compliance with US GAAP and local statutory requirements. - Manage statutory, tax, internal, and external audits. - Own intercompany accounting and balance reconciliations. - Maintain SOX/Internal Audit controls and audit documentation. - Partner with Tax, Treasury, Payroll, HR, FP&A, IT, and external consultants. - Drive automation initiatives, Oracle Fusion enhancements, and AI-enabled process improvements. - Present balance sheet flux analysis and financial insights to leadership. - Lead and mentor accounting team members. Must-Have Skills: - 10+ years of Finance & Accounting experience. - Minimum 3+ years managing teams. - Strong experience in Month-end close, General Ledger, Balance Sheet Reconciliations, Statutory Audits, Tax Compliance, Intercompany Accounting, and Financial Reporting. - Strong understanding of US GAAP. - Experience working in a Global Shared Services (SSC) or Center of Excellence (COE) environment. - Oracle Fusion ERP experience (preferred). - Process improvement and automation exposure. - Comfortable using AI productivity tools. Mandatory Qualifications: - Bachelor's /Master's Degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance. - CPA / CA / ACCA (Mandatory). Preferred Background: - Global Capability Centers (GCCs), Shared Service Centers, Multinational Corporations, or Big 4 firms with industry experience. .
