D2C Growth Manager

About the Role Deyga is on a mission to scale from 20 Crores to 100 Crores, and were looking for a D2C Growth Manager who will own this journey with us. This isnt a role for someone who simply creates strategies or manages campaigns. Were looking for someone who thinks like an entrepreneur, takes complete ownership of business outcomes, and is equally comfortable strategizing, executing, analysing, and leading cross- functional initiatives to drive sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities Own Deygas D2C revenue growth across customer acquisition, retention, conversion, and customer lifetime value. Identify growth opportunities, build strategies, and execute them end-to-end. Drive continuous experimentation and scale what works through data-driven decision making. Collaborate closely with Performance Marketing, CRM, Creative, Product, and Operations teams. Track and improve key business metrics including Revenue, MER, CAC, ROAS, AOV, Conversion Rate, Repeat Purchase Rate, and LTV. Were Looking For 35 years of D2C growth experience, preferably in a skincare, beauty, or personal care brand. Proven track record of driving measurable business growth. Were not looking for someone who only manages campaignswere looking for someone who owns outcomes. Someone who can identify opportunities, build strategies, execute relentlessly, solve problems proactively, and take complete ownership of Deygas D2C growth. A hands-on executor with strong business acumen, commercial thinking, and analytical skills. Someone who treats the brand as their own and is passionate about building a highgrowth business. .
