Job Summary We are looking for a confident and energetic Hindi Telecaller to communicate with prospective customers over the phone. The ideal candidate should have excellent Hindi communication skills, a polite attitude, and the ability to explain products or services effectively. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.Handle inbound customer inquiries in Hindi.Explain company products and services clearly.Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.Record customer interactions and update CRM or Excel records.Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.Resolve basic customer queries and escalate complex issues when required.Maintain a professional and courteous approach during all customer interactions.Required Skills Fluent spoken Hindi (mandatory).Basic English or regional language knowledge is an added advantage.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, CRM, email).Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.Qualification Minimum: 12th Pass or Any Graduate.Freshers are welcome to apply.Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales is preferred.Experience 02 years of experience.Salary As per company standards and experience.Performance-based incentives may be provided.Working Hours Full-timeMonday to SaturdayPreferred Candidate Profile Excellent listening and communication skills.Ability to handle customer objections professionally.Target-oriented and self-motivated.Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.Benefits Attractive incentive structure.Training and career growth opportunities.Friendly work environment.Paid leave as per company policy.Compensation: 15,000.00 - 20,000.00 per month Benefits: Commuter assistanceHealth insuranceProvident FundWork Location: In person .
