Our Jaipur office serves as a key customer engagement hub, connecting prospective buyers with our Dubai team and delivering a seamless client experience. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an International Customer Engagement Executive located in Jaipur. The role involves engaging with prospective clients through outbound calls, scheduling appointments for the Dubai Experience Center, maintaining accurate customer records, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience throughout the engagement process. This position focuses on appointment generation and customer relationship building, with no direct sales responsibilities. Qualifications * Excellent verbal communication skills in English. * Experience in international BPO, customer service, or outbound calling is preferred. * Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. * Ability to achieve appointment and walk-in targets. * Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office. * Self-motivated with a customer-centric approach. * Bachelor's degree is preferred. .
