Role and Responsibilities: Interact and deal with clients in a professional and courteous mannerHave a fair understanding of 4 and 5-star hotelsProvide accurate cost estimates and suggest suitable productsConvince clients and assist in negotiation with hoteliers and suppliersBe proactive in handling inbound calls and provide quick responsesSupervise and manage the team effectively (for Supervisor level)Act as an assistant manager and lead the team (for Assistant Manager level) Candidate Qualifications: For Supervisor level: 3-5 years of relevant experienceFor Assistant Manager level: 5+ years of relevant experience Required Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong knowledge of the hotel industry and costingNegotiation and persuasion abilitiesProactive attitude and ability to handle high call volumesLeadership and team management skills (for Assistant Manager level) .
