Job Summary:The Inbound Domestic Operations Executive/Manager will be responsible for managing and executing all domestic travel-related operations. This includes coordinating with suppliers, handling reservations, managing itineraries, ensuring seamless customer experiences, and resolving operational challenges. The role demands a strong understanding of the domestic travel market, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.Key Responsibilities:Itinerary Planning & Execution:Design and execute tailor-made itineraries for domestic travelers based on customer preferences.Coordinate with local suppliers, hotels, and transport companies to ensure smooth operation of tours.Reservations Management:Handle bookings for accommodation, transportation, activities, and other travel services.Ensure all bookings are accurately confirmed and documented in the system.Supplier Coordination:Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic suppliers.Negotiate rates and contracts with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and high-quality services.Customer Support:Provide pre-trip and on-trip assistance to customers, addressing any issues or special requests.Act as the primary point of contact for customers during their travel.Quality Assurance:Monitor the quality of services provided by suppliers and take corrective action when necessary.Collect and analyze customer feedback to continually improve service delivery.Problem Solving:Resolve any operational issues that may arise during the travel process, ensuring minimal disruption to the customer's experience.Handle customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.Reporting & Documentation:Maintain accurate records of all bookings, communications, and transactions.Prepare regular reports on operations, supplier performance, and customer satisfaction.Compliance:Ensure all operations comply with industry regulations, company policies, and legal requirements.Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the domestic travel industry.Qualifications:Education:Bachelors degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience:Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the travel industry, with a focus on inbound domestic operations.Proven track record of managing end-to-end travel operations.Skills:Strong knowledge of domestic travel destinations, suppliers, and market trends.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Proficiency in travel management software and tools.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Other Requirements:Flexibility to work outside regular business hours, if necessary.Willingness to travel domestically for supplier meetings and site inspections.Compensation:Competitive salary based on experience.Benefits package including health insurance, travel discounts, and other perks. .
