In PPIC. 1. : Executive / Sr Executive Domestic Supply Planning Function: PPIC Reporting To: Head PPIC & Domestic Distribution Experience: 712 years (Process-driven Pharma/Nutra/Healthcare with S&OP; Maturity) Location: Mumbai Role Purpose Own end-to-end Domestic Supply Planning to deliver superior service levels at optimal inventory and efficient asset utilization. Act as the single point of accountability for planning, ensuring seamless alignment across Commercial, Manufacturing, Procurement, Distribution, etc through an effective S&OP; / S&OE; framework. Key Responsibilities - Convert demand plan into feasible supply plans under constraints - Ensure plant allocation and prioritization during shortages - Drive weekly S&OE; (execution reviews) to maintain plan responsiveness - Collaborate with procurement for RM/PM availability alignment - Identify bottlenecks and capacity constraints and trigger mitigation - Align production schedules with maintenance and regulatory requirements - Monitor ageing, slow-moving, and obsolete stock - Lead expiry prevention and liquidation strategies - Lead end-to-end S&OP; cycle (Demand Supply Reconciliation) - Drive cross-functional alignment on service, inventory - trade-offs - Institutionalize data-driven decision-making and scenario planning - Build solid S&OE; rhythm to ensure execution discipline Key Result Areas (KRAs) - Service Level (OTIF ) - Plan Adherence (Production vs Plan) - Capacity Utilization - Schedule Adherence - Expiry / Obsolescence Value - Working Capital Reduction Qualifications - B. Pharm / B. Tech / B.
