Roles and Responsibilities: Manage daily operations of the center, ensuring targets are met within budgeted AHT. Monitor CSAT, shrinkage, and attrition rates to identify areas for improvement. Develop strategies to reduce shrinkage and attrition while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction (CSAT). Ensure compliance with international voice process standards and quality metrics. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve overall performance. Additional Requirements: Flexibility to work in rotational night shifts (Mandatory). Immediate joiners preferred.
