Job Description Sutherland is seeking detail-oriented and analytical individuals for the role of Content Moderator with a focus on Intellectual Property (IP). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in moderating content related to copyright, trademark issues, IP appeals, and general IP concerns. This role requires robust decision-making skills, positive analytical ability, and a keen eye for content violations while working in a non-voice back-end workplace. Qualifications Under Graduation & Graduation Additional Information Review and moderate user-generated content for compliance with IP policies and community guidelines. Evaluate and resolve issues related to copyright infringement, trademark violations, and IP appeals. Investigate and act upon reports of intellectual property misuse. Maintain high-quality moderation standards by staying updated on platform policies and IP laws. Document case actions and decisions accurately in internal systems. Ensure all decisions align with client guidelines and legal requirements. Eligibility Criteria: Education: Graduation is not mandatory.
