Hospital Support Executive (Healthcare Technology)

Your Key Responsibilities: Build strong relationships with doctors, nurses, and hospital staff. Train healthcare professionals on the effective use of Life Signs devices and monitoring platform. Support hospitals during implementation and ensure successful technology adoption. Monitor patient alerts and promptly communicate critical observations to the medical team. Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate with internal support teams. Maintain device inventory, perform routine equipment checks, and ensure operational readiness. Prepare deployment reports, usage documentation, and follow up on operational requirements. Support one or more hospitals and be open to relocation between hospital locations based on business needs.
