The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Automic, GoAnywhere, batch job management, and production support within a 24/7 enterprise environment. Key Responsibilities Design, configure, and maintain batch workflows using Automic Workload Automation (AWA).Monitor, schedule, and optimize enterprise batch jobs to ensure timely execution.Manage and support secure file transfers using GoAnywhere (SFTP/FTP).Analyze batch job dependencies and resolve scheduling conflicts.Monitor production workloads and perform proactive issue resolution.Troubleshoot job failures, file transfer issues, and scheduling errors.Handle production incidents and perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues.Coordinate with application, infrastructure, and support teams to ensure successful batch processing.Ensure compliance with operational procedures, scheduling standards, and SLAs.Support 24/7 production operations, including shift-based and End-of-Day (EOD) support.Maintain documentation for scheduling workflows, job dependencies, and operational procedures.Recommend and implement automation improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
