Reports to the DC Facilities Manager. Major Responsibilities To maintain the data quality of the Data Centre assets inventory up to date (Nlyte) and ServiceNow with no exceptions. Monitoring various data center metrics such as temperature, humidity, and energy consumption using the Nlyte system to ensure optimal data center conditions. Analyzing the monitored data to provide insights into data center operational efficiency, energy usage, and potential issues. Regularly checking the operational status of the Nlyte system and performing necessary maintenance and optimizations to ensure system stability and performance. Working closely with the data center operations team, facilities management, and IT teams to ensure smooth data center operations. Generating periodic reports on data center operational status for management review and decision-making. Creating and maintaining relevant technical documentation and operational guides to assist team members in understanding and effectively using the Nlyte system.
