Job Title: Restaurant Operation Manager Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are currently seeking an experienced Restaurant Operation Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the restaurant's financial performance, ensuring quality customer service, and supervising staff to ensure effective and effective operations. Supervises daily Food and Beverage (F&B;) operation and ensures compliance with all F&B; policies, standards, and procedures. Manages day-to-day operations, monitors quality, and standards and meets the expectations of the customers daily. Maintains the operating budget and verifies that standards and legal obligations are followed.
