Senior OBIEE Developer (OBIEE, ODI & Oracle APEX) Experience: 7+ Years Location: Pune & Chennai (Hybrid 3 Days WFO) Payroll: Haparz CTC: Up to 32 LPA Job Description We are looking for an experienced Senior OBIEE Developer to design, develop, and optimize enterprise Business Intelligence solutions using Oracle technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in OBIEE, ODI, Oracle APEX, PL/SQL, Oracle Database, MongoDB, and ETL/ELT development to deliver scalable reporting, dashboards, and data integration solutions supporting business-critical applications. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain enterprise reporting and analytics solutions using OBIEE, ODI, and Oracle APEX. Build and maintain ETL/ELT processes for reliable batch and real-time data integration. Develop complex PL/SQL procedures, packages, functions, and database objects to support BI applications. Design and optimize Oracle Database and MongoDB solutions for high-performance reporting and analytics. Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and metadata models to meet business requirements. Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to design scalable data integration solutions. Optimize SQL queries, ETL jobs, and reporting performance to improve system efficiency. Participate in code reviews, production support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis. Follow CI/CD and DevOps best practices for deployment and release management. Work within SAFe Agile teams and mentor junior developers on Oracle BI best practices. Required Skills 7+ years of experience in Oracle BI/OBIEE development. Strong hands-on expertise in: OBIEE Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Oracle APEX Oracle Database PL/SQL MongoDB Experience developing ETL/ELT solutions. Strong understanding of Oracle BI Repository (RPD), Answers, Dashboards, and Analytics. Experience with data modeling, SQL optimization, and database performance tuning. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms. Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience working in enterprise Agile environments. Preferred Skills Kafka or event-driven architecture. Streaming data platforms. SAFe Agile methodology. Experience mentoring development teams. Work Location: Hybrid remote in Chennai, Tamil Nadu (Chennai, Chennai District) .
