Your role: As a Software Application Engineer on the Data Operations team, youll play a key role in maintaining, upgrading, and supporting the technical systems that power Warner Music Groups global operations. This hybrid role combines elements of Software Engineering with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and operational support, requiring adaptability, technical breadth, and a strong customer focus. Youll thrive if you enjoy keeping complex systems healthy, scalable, and resilient in production. We are hiring for multiple levels, from motivated New Grads, to highly experienced Senior Application Engineers. Ideal candidates will feel a strong sense of responsibility for the systems under their care, and value continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, communication and cooperation. Here youll get to: Software Engineering & Upgrades Write clean, maintainable code in Python (preferred) or Java.
