Sr PowerBI Reporting Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Power BI Reporting Specialist with strong expertise in retail analytics and the Azure ecosystem. The role involves designing enterprise-scale dashboards, building optimized data models, and delivering actionable insights from large datasets to support strategic business decisions. Shift Timings: EST (05:30PM IST - 01:30AM IST) Mode of Interview: 2 Virtual and 1 In person Key Responsibilities Design and deliver impactful Power BI dashboards and executive reports. Analyze multi-source retail data to track KPIs, trends, and performance. Develop and optimize semantic models using advanced DAX and best practices. Work with large-scale datasets (50M+ records) ensuring performance and accuracy. Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into data-driven solutions. Monitor reporting accuracy, usability, and adoption across teams. Support UAT, validation, and post-implementation analysis. Ensure adherence to data modeling standards, governance, and performance optimization. Required Experience 57 years of experience in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics. Mandatory experience in Retail domain (KPIs, hierarchies, sales, inventory analytics). Strong hands-on experience with: Power BI (Desktop & Service) Advanced DAX & performance tuning Tabular Editor Azure Databricks SQL (advanced querying & validation) Experience working with large enterprise datasets (50M+ records).
