The ideal candidate should have experience working with APIs, cloud platforms, SQL databases, and customer-focused technical solutions. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to design, implement, and support scalable technology solutions. Key Responsibilities Understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Design, develop, and integrate REST APIs with internal and third-party applications. Support cloud-based deployments and application integrations. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions. Work closely with development teams during implementation and testing. Create technical documentation, solution diagrams, and deployment guides. Optimize SQL queries and maintain database performance.
