Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Remote, OR for a Workday Integration, Studio and Reporting Consultant. The consultant will design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio and related tools, ensuring data flows accurately between Workday and external systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering requirements from stakeholders, configuring and testing integrations, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical support for Workday reporting and analytics. The role will also involve creating and optimizing Workday reports and dashboards, collaborating with HR, payroll, and IT teams, and documenting integration designs and processes. The consultant will help improve system performance and data integrity while contributing to best practices and continuous improvement initiatives within the Workday ecosystem. Qualifications Strong experience with Workday integrations, including Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, and related tools. Proficiency in Workday reporting and analytics, including custom reports, calculated fields, and dashboards. Solid technical skills in APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), XML, XSLT, and data mapping. Hands-on experience with HRIS or HCM systems, particularly in HR, payroll, and finance processes. Ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions. Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and debugging skills in complex integration environments. Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional and global teams. Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Relevant Workday certifications (Integration, Reporting, or Studio) are highly beneficial. Experience in consulting or client-facing roles, with a focus on delivering high-quality, timely solutions. .
