Job Title: Scrum Master with Generative AI Exposure Location: Hybrid (Hyderabad/Vishakhapatnam) Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Level: Mid to Senior Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and collaborative Scrum Master with hands-on experience in Agile methodologies and a strong understanding of Generative AI tools. This role is ideal for someone who can facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and guide teams toward high performance, while also leveraging Gen AI to enhance productivity, decision-making, and innovation. Key Responsibilities Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives). Coach and mentor Agile teams on Scrum principles and best practices. Use Gen AI tools to automate reporting, generate meeting summaries, and support backlog refinement. Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure well-groomed and prioritized backlogs. Analyze team performance metrics and use AI-driven insights to optimize team dynamics. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Identify and remove impediments to team progress. Ensure transparency and alignment across stakeholders using AI-enhanced dashboards and communication tools. Required Skills & Qualifications Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification. 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments. Familiarity with Gen AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Otter.ai, Jira AI plugins). Strong understanding of Agile metrics and reporting. Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills. Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, or similar. Preferred Qualifications Exposure to AI-powered backlog prioritization and sprint forecasting. Experience integrating Gen AI into Agile workflows.
